Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate cutting tools and machining processes.

• Develop material, tool, and tool path libraries.

• Drive improvements in our machining area, primarily ShopSabre and Multicam routers. Provide recommendations to reduce cost and improve manufacturability of products.

• Assist in development, writing and maintaining equipment and assembly procedures in the form of Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and Visual Aids. Troubleshoot machine failures.

• Work with maintenance staff and outside technicians to resolve equipment issues. Troubleshoot manufacturing processes, techniques and quality issues and develop corrective actions to maintain productivity and acceptance level.

• Generate labor estimates for quote requests and provide recommendations to reduce manufacturing costs.

• Perform time studies of equipment and processes to ensure product costs are accurate.

• Lead or co-lead productivity projects via focusing on quality/cost/cycle time improvement measures.

• Ensuring image quality, running nozzle tests at the start of shift, correcting any print head dropout flaws and performing daily maintenance on the printer.

• Assuring all printer cabinets are kept clean and functional, maintaining general cleanliness of overall printer and surrounding area.

• Flawlessly and thoroughly handing off shift to your counterpart on incoming shift; bringing incoming Print Specialist & Service Technician up to speed on any issues that occurred during their shift.

• Providing input and/or assistance in formulating new policies and procedures related to printer maintenance.

• Create proofs and custom visual specification for client approval

• Acting as level one support as issues arise; if issue cannot be resolved expeditiously, responsible to escalate to level two.

• Exhibiting strong knowledge in signage printer operation

• Documenting shift activities related to signage printer performance.

• Basic device cleaning and replacement of operator accessible parts

Provides Production with reliable and accurate production schedules daily.

Actively manages and drives order availability to production lines from sub-assembly departments.

Tracks, reports, and analyzes all KPI data for the production process.

The Human Resources Business Partner will work closely with the Head of Operations and CFO and will lead major personnel initiatives while playing an integral role in traditional HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Creates, generates, and maintains records relating to Human Resources activities
  • Recruiting and Intake
  • HRIS Data Management and Payroll Calculations
  • Benefits and Leave Administration
  • Administers and maintains workers compensation filings and compliance
  • Generates and maintains organizational charts, attendance sheets and requisite filing
  • Schedule, track, and report on Training and Learning activities
  • Provide direct support to Team Members on topics of HR, Operations and Office Administration
  • Supports special events with scheduling, planning, set up & tear down as needed

What Else Do We Look For?

  • Bachelor’s Degree & strong academic background
  • 4+ years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or higher
  • Professional exposure to manufacturing compliance regulations
  • Fluent English speaking & reading is required
  • Spanish speaking & reading is preferred
  • SHRM-CP and PHR certifications preferred
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, and general proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong ability to create & follow standardized processes.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
