All products are guaranteed to be damage free and without defects. Should you experience shipping damages or receive defective product, please contact the Customer Account Management team at (888) 743-9232 or firstname.lastname@example.org for specific instructions. In most cases we will request photos so that we can fully understand the nature of the issue. Defective merchandise returns must be approved by our Customer Account Management team. Damages and defects must be reported within 10 business days of receiving the order. For orders that arrive damaged or defective, Wendover will ship out replacement product free of charge in 5 business days (excluding extenuating or special circumstances).
Wendover Art Group does not accept returns of any product that is not defective or damaged in transit.
