All products are guaranteed to be damage free and without defects. Should you experience shipping damages or receive defective product, please contact customer service at (888) 743-9232 or email@example.com for specific instructions. In most cases we will request photos so that we can fully understand the nature of the issue. Defective merchandise returns are approved by our customer service department. Please note that shipping or defective product claims should be made within 10 business days after receipt of goods. For orders that arrive damaged or defective, Wendover will ship out replacement product free of charge in two weeks or less (excluding extenuating or special circumstances).
Should you wish to return an item that is not defective or damaged in transit, a 30% restocking charge will apply. In order to receive your refund (less the 30% restocking charge), all product must be returned back to us in its original condition. Please contact us so that we can advise you on how to properly package our product. Please note that no returns can be offered for any items that have been customized with either a size, frame or mat change.
