GIVING BACK

COMMUNITY OUTREACH

WE ARE HAPPY TO BE SIGNIFICIENT CONTRIBUTORS TO CAUSES CLOSE TO OUR HEART. WE CONTINUE TO CONCENTRATE
OUR GIVING IN TWO AREAS: SUPPORTING OUR TROOPS AND IMPROVING LIVES THROUGH ART AND DESIGN.

SPECIAL OPERATIONS WARRIOR FOUNDATION

Founder & CEO, Richard Forsyth, has taken an active role on the foundation’s board as Chairman of the Investment Committee, working to fulfill its mission to ensure financial assistance from preschool to 100% of costs for a post-secondary degree at a college of their choice, to the surviving children of special operations service members who lose their lives in the line of duty. To date Wendover has donated nearly $500,000 to the Special Operations Warrior Foundation (SOWF).

I AM HONORED TO CHAIR AND SUPPORT THE INVESTMENT COMMITTEE OF THE SPECIAL OPERATIONS
WARRIOR FOUNDATION AND REPORT THAT THIS YEAR WE HAVE FURTHER POSITIONED THE FOUNDATION TO GROW TO
OVER $300 MILLION IN VALUE FROM $142 MILLION TODAY, STRENGTHENING OUR ABILITY
TO PROVIDE EDUCATION AND ASSISTANCE TO THE CHILDREN OF THOSE WHO HAVE MADE THE ULTIMATE SACRIFICE
FOR OUR COUNTRY AND FIGHT FOR OUR ABILITY TO PURSUE THE AMERICAN DREAM.
–RICHARD FORSYTH, PRESIDENT & CEO

PAWS FOR PATRIOTS

We are acutely aware of the massive personal sacrifices made by our troops and their families. In 2021, we continue our annual investment in Southeastern Guide Dogs Paws for Patriots™ program. We contributed over $1.25 million to this life-changing program to provide guide dogs, service dogs, emotional support dogs, and facility therapy dogs for soldiers caught in the crossfire of vision loss, post-traumatic stress, and other disabilities.

What do you think of our newest team member??
We are proud to sponsor this little guy for our friends at Southeastern Guide Dogs Inc, who transform lives by providing extraordinary dogs for people who are blind and

CHAPTER CHAIR OF THE FLORIDA
COUNCIL ON ARTS & CULTURE

The Florida Council on Arts and Culture is the 15-member advisory council appointed to advise the Secretary of State regarding cultural grant funding and on matters pertaining to culture in Florida. Appointments to the Council are determined by the Governor, President of the Senate and Speaker of the House, in consultation with the Secretary of State. The appointments are based on geographic representation, as well as demonstrated history of community service in the arts and culture.

ST. JUDE CHILDREN'S RESEARCH HOSPITAL

We proudly donate to the St Jude Research Hospital to contribute to FINDING CURES and SAVING CHILDREN. Treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the childhood cancer survival rate from 20% to 80% in the U.S. Donations help them to continue their tradition of leading the way the world understands, treats and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. Funding their research programs also means doctors, nurses and researchers have a steady flow of funds to do what's needed to save childrens' lives. Thanks to the generous support of donors, families never receive a bill from St. Jude for their child's treatment, travel, housing or food.
