Damage & Defect Policy

All products are guaranteed to be damage free and without defects. Should you experience shipping damages or receive defective product, please contact the Customer Account Management team at (888) 743-9232 or info@wendoverart.com for specific instructions. In most cases we will request photos so that we can fully understand the nature of the issue. All damage and defect solutions must be approved by our Customer Account Management team. Damages and defects must be reported within 10 business days of receiving the order. For artwork that arrives damaged or defective, Wendover will work with you to find an equitable solution. If it is determined to be worthy of a replacement, Wendover will ship out new artwork free of charge in 5 business days (excluding extenuating or special circumstances).
