CEO Richard Forsyth followed his entrepreneurial vision and purchased a small poster company at the age of 26 with a dream of building the best art company in the world. Prior to Wendover, Richard worked as an Associate with private equity firm Goense Bounds & Partners (Lake Forest, IL) and as a M&A Analyst with First Union Securities, formerly Bowles Hollowell Connor & Co (Charlotte, NC). Richard serves as the Chairman of the Investment Committee and Board Member of the Special Operations Warrior Foundation, Chapter Chair of the YPO Florida chapter, Trustee of Berkeley Preparatory School (Tampa, FL) and Member of the Florida Council on Arts and Culture. He graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from Wake Forest University. Richard is the husband of Francesca and father to Issie, RJ, Alistair and Carolina.

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
Charlie Hendrick joined Wendover in 2018 as the Chief Financial Officer. As of March of 2022, he now serves as the Chief Operating Officer overseeing the day to day operating and manufacturing functions and is instrumental in Wendover’s M&A strategy. Prior to coming to Wendover, Charlie was an investment banker at Hyde Park Capital where he provided sell-side M&A advisory services to family and founder-owned companies. Charlie began his career with KPMG LLP in Tampa consulting with clients on state and local tax matters. He graduated from Wake Forest University with a B.S. in Finance and M.S. in Accountancy, holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Outside of the office Charlie enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, playing golf, and cheering on the Wake Forest Demon Deacons.
CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER
Rachel Comella is Wendover Art Group’s Chief People Officer. She is the architect of the Growth Services department which will advance Wendover’s Growth Services Strategy in conjunction with the senior leadership team. Rachel’s career spans 20+ years with experience in many corporate entities within the healthcare, non-profit, distribution, manufacturing, and commercial real estate industries. She has excellent abilities in strategic planning, re-organizations, talent acquisition, labor relations, training, benefits, employment law, worker’s comp, contract negotiation, policies, and procedures. Rachel holds a master’s degree in Employment Law from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in Public Speaking from the University of South Florida. She has been a member of SHRM and HR Tampa since 2001. She previously sat on the Board of Directors as well as the Board of Trustees at CASA (community action stops abuse) and served on the annual giving campaign for the Metro area YMCA where she was a major fund raiser. Rachel has six children ranging in ages from 22 to 31 and in her spare time teaches yoga, spinning, and total body workouts.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Pablo Lopez joined the Wendover team in March of 2022 as the CFO, he is a finance executive and strategic business partner with 17 years of experience. Throughout his career, Pablo has leveraged his breadth of financial acumen including expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, customer credit risk, M&A and working capital management. Prior to joining Wendover, Pablo worked for multibillion-dollar companies in the manufacturing, supply chain, environmental services, and chemical sectors. In 2005 he joined Air Products and Chemicals, the largest merchant hydrogen producer in the world, as a Financial Analyst. At Air Products, Pablo led the financial integration of a $0.9B acquisition. In 2014, Pablo joined Nexeo Solutions, a PE-backed chemical distributor, where he led the company’s FP&A function, supported the company going public through a SPAC transaction, and led the integration of bolt-on acquisitions. His M&A experience includes 6 transactions with a combined enterprise value of over $3 billion. Pablo graduated from Purdue University with a Finance MBA. He is the husband of Aline and father to Michael, Joshua and Rebekah.
DIRECTOR OF SALES & OPERATIONS, RESIDENTIAL
Stuart Spencer joined Wendover Art Group in 2017 as the Director of Sales and Operations for the Residential sector. In his role Stuart has overseen the rapid maturation of the Wendover residential sales activity, doubled the national sales rep force and managed the remodel and designs of four showrooms. Today, he manages over 45 independent sales reps across the nation, manages two full time showroom managers in Atlanta and Dallas, and oversees the operations of 8 tradeshows each year. Stuart’s extensive experience in the home décor and home furnishing industry, starting in the mid 90s, ranges from being an independent sales representative, managing showrooms to owning and running a sales representative firm. Stuart received his B.S. in Business Administration from the College of Charleston, SC. Being newer to the Florida area, Stuart spends as much time as possible on his boat in the Tampa Bay area.
DIRECTOR OF CREATIVE
Katelin Leidner is the Director of Creative Staffing and Talent Development and is an example of the American Dream in action. She started Wendover in 2014 as an Art Consultant, fostering her passion for art, design and business to build strong artwork programs for the commercial business. Currently as Director, Katelin oversees the Creative Department, which includes Product Development, Art Consulting, Wendover Studios and Graphic Design. She is focused on building a high-performance team, cross-training, staffing and talent development. In addition, she leads the Art Consulting team in the management of curated art programs for retail, commercial, healthcare, and residential clients while focused on building strong relationships and key partners. Katelin holds a B.A. in Glass Sculpture, Magna Cum Laude, from Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY, and an M.A. in Arts Administration, Magna Cum Laude, from Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, GA. Katelin loves all forms of art, but you might find her blowing glass in her spare time.

Sarah Guarnizo joined Wendover in April 2021 as the Director of Marketing. In her role she oversees omni-channel marketing to drive brand awareness and increased customer engagement. Leveraging her breadth of expertise in marketing, creative, storytelling and media, along with her commitment to building forward-thinking luxury brands, Sarah has a dedicated focus on content development that helps to drive the growth and evolution for Wendover Art Group to be known as the best art company in the world. Prior to Wendover, Sarah has years of experience delivering first-class art and design production and marketing concepts that increase brand value for B2B, B2C and media companies including Arteriors, Wisteria, Hearst Magazines and Meredith Corporation. Sarah graduated from Iowa State University with a B.F.A in Graphic Design. Sarah is the wife of Sunil, and mother to Nicolas and Isabel.
HOSPITALITY BUSINESS DEVELOPENT MANAGER
Larry began his role at Wendover in 2007 as an independent hospitality sales rep. Currently, he serves as the Hospitality Business Development Manager where his focus is on identifying and servicing large hospitality and contract brands as well as FF&E companies. With 20+ years of sales experience, Larry brings an extensive network of relationships across multiple market segments. Larry thrives on building relationships with people more than anything else and Wendover has given him the platform to do that at a very high level. Prior to joining Wendover, he spent 11 years as an independent manufacturers rep in the home furnishing and hospitality industries. Larry graduated from Florida State University with a double Major in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management and Business Management. Today Larry lives in Atlanta with his wife Susana and children Asher and Willow.
